Hints & Tips
- Use on clean, dry skin only (patches do not stick well with lotions and oils).
- Some people adjust slowly to wearing patches overnight. You may find that you pull them off in your sleep. Most people get used to it quickly. Some like to use a sleep mask with the treatment.
