Sometimes referred to as the “Big Hemostat,” the Rochester-Pean (available in sizes up to 10¼ inches) has both straight and curved styles with fully serrated jaws. Typically used to occlude or clamp off larger vessels to control bleeding. The built-in ratchet mechanism holds firm so you don’t have to.
