Filter Conversion
- Advance gooseneck snare catheter to the top of the filter hook
- Capture the hook on the cone of the filter with the loop of the gooseneck snare
- Advance the gooseneck catheter downward until it covers the hook
- Unlock filter head (pull snare proximally until filter head unlocks)
- Retrieve filter head
